Hello everyone! Happy Thanksgiving!!! Today I am back to share my morning routine! I try to be as productive as possible, especially in the morning. I like to give myself enough time in the morning to get work done and also enjoy my day. When I was younger, I hated the morning. Now that I’m older, I love it. Of course, if you are new to Couple’s Checklist, WELCOME! Don’t forget to like and follow us!
First, I usually wake up between 4 AM and 5 AM. I do this because I feel like that gives me more than enough time to do what I have to do. I’m trying to wake up earlier because I feel like it’s a solid opportunity to start the day off right.
Second, I drink water. Now, this might seem obvious to most people, but I think it really helps with waking my body up. I try to drink 1 liter of water before I drink my coffee. I do this because it is important to me that I hydrate my body. I’ve been incorporating drinking water when I wake up in my morning routine for a few months now and I have found that I feel much more energized and ready to start my day.
Once I have drank my water, it is finally time for coffee! I drink a lot of coffee throughout the day. I’ve tried to cut back, but it is really hard for me. I recently have been trying out a new brand of coffee called Coffee Over Cardio and I ABSOLUTELY love them! This coffee tastes amazing and it doesn’t give me the jitters at all when I drink a lot of it. I feel energized but never shaky! If you guys are looking for a new coffee to try, I would try Coffee Over Cardio!
It depends on the day, but usually I work out in the morning. I always like to start my day with a solid workout! My gym is always super quiet in the morning so it’s nice to have the gym to myself when I work out.
After my workout, I usually drink some more coffee as well as eat breakfast. My typical breakfast is eggs with turkey bacon. It’s not a huge breakfast but it does keep me full for hours!
Time to be Productive!
Once I have eaten, I usually shower and get ready for the day. I like to be ready for my day before I have to do other tasks like clean or do homework. After I get ready, I sit myself down and I study a bit. I like to study a little each day to make exam prep easier for myself.
By the time I have finished doing what I need to do for school or work, it is usually time to head out! I think that having at least 4 hours to yourself each morning is super beneficial. I personally enjoy being by myself in the morning and accomplishing tasks that I have made for myself. Productivity is something I thrive off of!
