Hey guys! Today I am going to be talking about how I like to pamper myself. I typically do this once a week or whenever I feel like I need to relax. Lately I have been very stressed out because of work and school. These are my go-to things that I like to do that really help me unwind.
First, I go to Lush and get myself a bath bomb. Bath bombs from Lush are my absolute favorite. They are so relaxing and they smell absolutely amazing! Plus they make your bath water turn super cool colors. Sitting in a warm bath with a bath bomb is so relaxing! Lush is right next to where I work, so I am a frequent shopper there. I am very fond of their products, if you readers would like my top lush products please let me know! I would love to do that:)
Second, I pour myself a nice glass of wine. I am a wine connoisseur! I love wine so much. Being able to drink a glass or two of wine after the end of a long week is so relaxing. My favorite kind of wine to drink is moscato. I always try to drink different kinds of wine but I always gravitate towards moscato.
Third, I find myself a facemask. Face Masks are so nice, especially when you’re stressed and need to relax. I have a bunch of face masks to choose from, I just choose what I feel like my skin needs the most. If you would like to read about my face mask collection, please let me know!
Fourth, I exfoliate and moisturize! Exfoliation makes me feel so amazing for some reason. I have exfoliation gloves and body scrubs that I use regularly. After I get out of the shower or bath, I always put baby oil on my legs. I usually wait a few minutes for the oil to soak in and then I go in with a nice, thick moisturizer. I will post my moisturization routine if you guys would like to read it! Soft skin makes me feel 100 times better! I have an upcoming post with my exfoliation/shaving routine as well!
After I finish with my bath, I watch netflix to end my night. I’m currently watching Diagnosis and I’m OBSESSED! I highly recommend it if you guys are interested in medical mysteries. Usually after I watch a few episodes or a movie, I go to bed. I always try to catch up on sleep when I do self care.
